Throughout the summer, Campus Recreation will offer three yoga classes per week in the Goolrick Hall dance studios.
Beginning Yoga — Mondays from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
Yoga for participants with minimal yoga experience. This class focuses on learning the positions, breathing and stretching.
Advanced Yoga — Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
This class is designed for participants that have been practicing yoga for awhile. The class is challenging and fun.
TGIF Yoga — Fridays from 5:15 to 6:45 p.m.
This class is for everyone and is designed to help you get over the stress of the week and head into the weekend without the week’s burdens on your shoulders. The class focus is stress reduction, relaxation and feeling good about yourself.
