Center for Economic Development staff members Brian Baker, Heather Wheeler and Susan Ball presented at the Virginia Small Business Development Center Director’s Conference on Thursday, March 12 in Charlottesville.
Their topic addressed “Using A Cloud Based Client Relations Management Model To Improve The Client Experience.” The presentation was the result of an 18 month project to solve business client data issues related to security, continuity, and organizational memory. The conference was attended by business development leaders from around the state of Virginia.
