Want to win a Fitbit Flex wireless wrist band? For the month of November, keep track of every workout (fitness center/gym, walking, running, etc.) that you do here on your Lunch Break (days off, weekends, Thanksgiving break days do NOT count).

Log your total number of lunchtime workouts by 5 p.m. on Nov. 30. The employee with the most workouts will win a Fitbit Flex! In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held. The winner will be announced on Dec. 1. (Note: The Fitbit Flex is taxable and valued at $79.99).
