Eagle Wellness & Fitness Program

Below is a registration link for the new Eagle Fitness & Wellness Program.

  • This program has been designed for Faculty/Staff and their secondary card holders.
  • This program is FREE!
  • It is limited to the first 20 registrants.
  • The program will be led by a CERTIFIED personal trainer.
  • It is geared toward beginner/intermediate exercisers, as well as anyone not currently exercising.  (All levels are welcome!)
  • It will include an initial 30-minute consultation, exercise sessions led by the personal trainer, health and fitness information emailed weekly and progress measurement.

Class meets at The Fitness Center, Mondays and Wednesdays, 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. for 5 weeks starting on Jan. 25.

Dates: Monday, Jan. 25 – Wednesday, Feb. 24
