UMW Book Club

UMW Book Club members have decided to meet every 2 months instead of every month. The next meeting will be on January 23, 2018, where discussion will focus on My Reading Life by Pat Conroy. The Amazon description reads: “Conroy revisits a life of reading through an array of wonderful and often surprising anecdotes. It would hardly be an exaggeration to claim that reading has saved his life, and if not his life then surely his sanity.” Readers who would like to be added to the Book Club email list may send their information to mmock@umw.edu, or call Margaret Mock at x1017.

Holiday Ornament

The 2017 Holiday Ornament is now available for sale at only $18.99! This year’s ornament features the campus’s beloved campanile.

Parking Management

Peanut Butter Parking

During the first month of the Fall semester, Parking Management gave the first 50 students who received a citation the chance to pay their ticket with jars of peanut butter and jelly. Parking Management collected 35 jars of each, as well as a few other items, which were donated to the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank. Thank you to those who participated.
