Campus Dining Customer Satisfaction Survey

UMW Students, Faculty and Staff:

Let your voice be heard! Campus Dining invites you to complete the online Spring Customer Satisfaction survey. The feedback you provide is used to review, evaluate and make changes to campus dining operations in order to enhance your future dining experiences.

The information you provide is confidential and will be used for research purposes only (aggregate results). It will not be used to sell or market to you in any way, and you will not be contacted as a result of completing this survey. We hope you will take this opportunity to share your views and suggestions about campus dining operations.

Computer Survey Stations & Thank You Treats: If you take the survey at one of the Top of the UC computer stations you’ll receive a snack or treat as a “Thank You” gift from Campus Dining, and your responses will still be private and confidential.

The computer stations will be available as follows:

Wednesday & Thursday, February 20 & 21: 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Monday & Tuesday, February 25 & 26:11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
