There will be a scheduled water outage this Friday morning, December 4, in order to relocate a water line for renovations at Virginia Hall. Affected buildings are Monroe Hall, Virginia Hall, and the University Center. The contractor and UMW personnel will begin shutting off water to these buildings around 7 a.m., and the work is expected to take approximately six hours.
The outage has been coordinated with Dining Services, Emergency Management & Safety, and the Events Office.
