New Look for UMW Homepage

In case you haven’t noticed, www.umw.edu has a newly designed homepage. The purpose of this redesign is to refresh the page look, reinforce key messages about our university, and improve functionality of the page. As previously announced, UMW has formed a Web Advisory Council consisting of representatives from across the university community to provide advice for a complete overhaul of the university website in the coming year. Based on analytics of the use of features on the old homepage site, it was felt that some immediate changes were needed now rather than waiting for a complete redesign of the entire site.
