Health and Flexible Benefits Open Enrollment Has Begun

This is your annual opportunity to enroll and/or make changes to your current benefit plan elections for coverage effective July 1, 2011. During Open Enrollment, you may:

• Enroll in or Change your health plan.
• Add or Remove dependents. Dependent documentation should be submitted to the Office of Human Resources in the Fairfax House. NEW: Under national health reform, dependents may be covered up to the end of the year in which they turn 26.
• Waive your health coverage.
• Enroll in a Medical and/or Dependent Flexible Reimbursement Account (FRA) for pre-tax savings. FRAs do not automatically roll-over to the new plan year; you must enroll during Open Enrollment.
