University of Mary Washington academic departments and faculty members will host open houses and showcases as part of Family Weekend, September 23 – 25.
On Saturday morning and afternoon, academic departments will offer varied activities on the Fredericksburg campus to give parents and families the opportunity to learn about programs and faculty accomplishments. To cap off the day, the music department will have a free concert in Dodd Auditorium.
In addition to faculty and departmental showcases, Family Weekend will feature a study abroad fair, a cookout and club showcase, a tour of Brompton and a showing of the documentary “The Angel of Marye’s Heights.”
