Textbook Adoptions
Textbook adoption dates are approaching. Please submit adoption requests online by the following deadlines:
- Summer Adoption Deadline: Friday, March 16, 2018
- Fall Adoption Deadline: Friday, April 20, 2018
Departments with 100% adoption rates by the deadline are eligible to receive up to $2,500 in textbook scholarships for their students. Sponsored by Pepsi.
Faculty Regalia Rental
Oak Hall is the regalia provider for the University of Mary Washington. Faculty and Staff may rent or purchase academic regalia from the leading custom regalia manufacturer in the country. Beginning February 1, 2018, Faculty and Staff may go online at oakhallufac.shopoakhalli.com to rent regalia for delivery directly to individual offices. Those who prefer to order by phone may do so by calling Oak Hall Customer Service at l-800-456-7623. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
Rental Pricing for Faculty and Staff:
Bachelor Ensemble: $37.95
Master Ensemble: $39.55
Doctoral Ensemble: $43.95
Prices include shipping charges.
To ensure timely delivery, orders for rental regalia must be received by Oak Hall no later than April 27, 2018.
Custom academic regalia is available through Oak Hall’s Custom Department. Please call 1-800-223-0429 for assistance with custom orders.
To ensure on-time delivery of custom regalia, orders must be received no later than April 12, 2018.
Web Print Available
Web Print is the Copy Center’s new platform for mobile printing. Print from anywhere, and retrieve the job on campus. Use your NetID and password to login to web print, submit a job, and pick it up on campus within 24 hours. The jobs can be released at your department’s MFP or at any printer with a release station. Shredding Services
Did you know that the Copy Center offers shredding services? Drop your documents off at the Copy Center, located on the 2nd floor of Lee Hall, along with a work order. EagleOne Payroll Deduction
Sign up for direct deposit automatic payroll deductions to get one free lunch per month at the top of the UC. Employee lunches are only $6! Requires a minimum deduction of $10 per pay period. Simply fill out the online payroll deduction form, or contact the EagleOne office at x1005 for information and assistance.
