Marissa Miller, Associate Coordinator of Student Conduct and Responsibility, recently won an award at a national conference.
On February 21-24, the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) held its annual conference in Jacksonville, Fla. Miller entered a case study competition for Mid-Level Professionals. The goal for each team was to review a case and present the team’s analysis to a panel of judges that included vice presidents, deans and past ASCA presidents.
Miller worked with colleagues from the University of Iowa and Illinois State University. Miller and her team won the case study competition for the Mid-Level Professionals and were awarded free registration for the 2019 ASCA conference.
