New lodging and per diem rates are on the Accounts Payable website at http://www.umw.edu/ap/travel/per_diem_lodging_rates/documents/Oct2010.pdf. These rates are effective for travel taking place October 1, 2010 and after.
Business meal rates for Stafford and Prince William counties are now the same rate as Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania. New business meal forms with updated rates can be found at http://www.umw.edu/ap/businessmeals/default.php.
