Graphic Designers Maria Christina Schultz and AJ Newell have been selected to design promotional materials for the Saint Francis Service Dogs program. The service dogs help people with physical disabilities become more self-sufficient by performing physical tasks and providing emotional support for their human partners. Schultz and Newell were chosen in a statewide contest sponsored by Worth Higgins & Associates. The designers plan to create a Service Dog Album which will help raise awareness and funds for the construction of a training center and kennels in Roanoke, Virginia.
