Buy Green
- Look for locally made.
- Choose gifts made from recycled content.
Gift wrapping
- Use newspaper or brown kraft paper that can be recycled
- Use tape sparingly, or not at all.
Social Responsibility
- Volunteer at a local charity.
- Make a donation in someone’s name instead of purchasing a gift.
Reuse/Recycle
- Shop at thrift stores or “gently” used stores for unique gifts.
- Recycle festive holiday trees for wood chips or compost material.
