Help! We’re in competition with 20 other Virginia towns and cities to get the Virginia is for Lovers LOVE display in Fredericksburg in September. If we win, the six-foot high LOVE display will come to Fredericksburg’s Riverfront Park and be part of the Via Colori Festival.
