Several offices will be leaving their Centre Court offices and relocating to the fourth floor of Eagle Village, from Wednesday, December 14th to Friday, December 16th. The move will involve some or all staff in the following offices:
Accounts Payable
Budget
Finance (including its training and support staff)
Information Technology
Internal Audit
Payroll*
Purchasing
If you have an emergency and cannot reach an alternate staff member from of these offices, you may call my office at 654-1020 and we will try to assist.
*Bi-weekly timesheets due on 12/15 (for the time period of 12/5-12/18) that are faxed to 654-2020 can be verified of receipt via email to Cheryl Dunn (cdunn@umw.edu).
