PARKING ENFORCEMENT

The Parking Management Office is now enforcing parking rules and regulations.  If you are uncertain where you are allowed to park, please visit the Parking Management website using the link below or call the department.

VCA/VCO RE-CERTIFICATION

Employees with a current Virginia Contracting Associate (VCA), or Virginia Contract Officer (VCO) certification need to ensure that the re-certification application is submitted at least six (6) weeks before the expiration date.  The 2013 form may be printed using the following link: http://dps.dgs.virginia.gov/training/files/2013Recertapplic.pdf

REMINDER:  DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS!

No employee shall contractually commit the university.  Authority to sign contracts for the University is formally delegated through the Purchasing Office.  Please contact a member of the Purchasing Office for assistance with any contracts.

SURPLUS PROPERTY

Surplus property is a function of the Central Storeroom and should be accessed using a Surplus Property form. If you need to surplus an item, please complete and submit the Surplus Property form located on the Purchasing website under ‘Forms’.  Please do not submit a Facilities work order submission for surplus property needs.
