Robert Greene, Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Management, and Margaret Mi , Professor of Marketing, are co-authors of a research-pedagogical article, “A Systems Model for Teaching Human Resource Management,” published in the International Journal of Business and Social Research, Vol. 3, No. 5 (May 27, 2013). The model specifies a unique systems-thinking approach not observed previously in the literature to understanding and teaching the HRM process from a holistic-global perspective.
