Campus Dining’s Annual STOP Hunger Food Drive will run Nov. 4 to 20. We invite everyone to join us in collecting food to donate to the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank, which is in great need of our support. Donation bins will be located in all dining facilities, and we encourage you to set up collection boxes in your offices and classrooms, too. Donations may be brought to our dining bins at any time, or be dropped off at our curb-side collection site outside Seacobeck Hall by the FRED bus stop between noon and 5 p.m. on Nov. 20.
All donations made to our general collection bins Nov. 11 to 20 will be “credited” to the Athletic Department as they seek to take first place in their conference food drive competition. We hope you will all help make this the most successful campus food drive ever! Our goal is to collect over 3,000 pounds of food, and we know we can make it happen!
