USPS Rate Increase Effective Jan. 26, 2014
Effective Jan. 26, 2014 the United States Postal Service will increase prices on most classes of mail. Get your forever stamps now at the UMW Post Office before the price increases. See Rate Changes.
Highlights of the new single-piece First-Class Mail pricing include:
- Letters (one ounce) — three-cent increase to 49 cents
- Letters additional ounces — one-cent increase to 21 cents
- Letters to all international destinations (one ounce) — $1.15
- Postcards — one-cent increase to 34 cents
