The Office of Admissions invites all campus partners to a farewell reception for Rachel Pennington Wyant on Thursday, May 22, in Lee Hall 411 between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Rachel is a 2005 alumna of UMW and has worked as an Admissions Counselor, Assistant Director of Annual Giving, and Assistant Director of Admissions in her nine year career here. She begins a role with the University of Tennessee as Regional Admissions Representative for Washington, D.C., after a short break to celebrate completion of her master’s degree with the University of Virginia. She and her husband Edwin co-own Hop & Wine in Eagle Village so if you miss her at Thursday’s drop-in, you might catch her at the wine shop occasionally. Join us in extending our very best wishes to this valued colleague.
