HOTEL CONTRACT
A contract was recently awarded to Hyatt Place in EagleVillage as the UMW preferred hotel partner. All members of the UMW community should use this contract exclusively. GRAD NIGHTS AND SENIOR DAYS
Grad Nights will be held at the Stafford Campus on Feb. 10 and 11 from 5-7 p.m.
Senior Days will be held at the Bookstore on March 17 and 19 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. and March 18, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.

BOOKSTORE MIGRATION TO NEW SYSTEM
The new point of sale and inventory control system has enhanced features that will help the store better serve the UMW community. Phase two of the transition will include an upgrade to the store’s website. More information will follow as this phase gets under way.

CHANGES IN UPS RATES
UPS implemented a price increase effective Jan. 1, 2015. On average, it will cost 4.9% more to send a package, depending on size and weight. As always, the UMW P.O. will be happy to assist you in your mailing needs.
