You’ve all heard of the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign. Ever wonder where those bright and beautiful posters come from? They come from children across Virginia. All Virginia students in grades K-12 are eligible to submit poster designs for the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC). The contest will run from now through May 22, 2015.
