EVA CONTRACT ENTRY

For consistency, when searching for eVA requisitions, use the UMW Contract Number, including the appropriate prefix: UCPUMW xxxxxx , COOP xxxxxx, UMW xxxxx. In the below example from Cobblestone, UMW Contract Number UMW 14-66 is SS 14-11 under UMW Reference.

BUYER BEWARE

It’s “that time of year” again – time for phone scams to faculty and staff across campus.
Things to remember:

  • If the caller does not identify himself/herself, ask for the company name.  A legitimate vendor is always going to identify itself by company name as part of the initial greeting.  You know the names of the vendors that you use – for instance, The Supply Room (TSRC) for toner cartridges!
  • If you’re still not sure the call is genuine, don’t give out ANY information, hang up, and give Procurement Services a call.

AMAZON TAX EXEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS

As a state institution, UMW purchases are exempt from state tax. Follow the instructions here to prevent tax charges on Amazon purchases.

If you have any questions, contact Monique SanPietro, x1057.
