Lynne Richardson, dean of the College of Business, will conduct the session “Working Smarter, Not Harder,” on Thursday, June 9. The interactive session, pre-approved for CMP certification credit by the Convention Industry Council will focus on how to work successfully with colleagues, communicate more effectively, motivate staff and volunteers, provide feedback on performance and resolve conflict.
