An Elegant Evening for a Meaningful Mission
The University of Mary Washington athletic department will host the 4th Annual UMW Athletics Gala & Auction on May 20, 2017, in Chandler Ballroom, University Center. All proceeds support UMW student-athletes.
The event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Troy D. Paino, Mary Washington’s 10th president. A passionate sports fan, Dr. Paino has written extensively on the history of American sports and is frequently in the stands cheering on the Eagles!
Not only will the 4th Annual Gala be held in a new ballroom and feature our new UMW President, guests this year will hear a few senior student-athletes share their inspiring testimonials.

The Gala will commence at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour and silent auction bidding. The dinner and program will follow at 7 p.m. and an exciting live auction will cap the night just before 9:30 p.m.

There are a limited number of tickets for the event. Individual seats cost $130, and a table of 10n costs $1,000. A portion of each ticket purchase is tax deductible.
