UMW Campus Recreation is happy to announce the newest addition to our fitness and wellness curriculum, Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga! We will be offering a free 20-minute demo classes on Sunday, Oct. 1, starting at 1:30. No purchase necessary but you will need to register at campusrec.umw.edu to secure your spot since space is limited.
