Timothy F. Waltonen, M.Div., Ph.D
Timothy F. Waltonen, who taught for 16 years at the University of Mary Washington in the Department of English and Linguistics, passed away on Thursday, September 24, from complications of Lewy Body Dementia. In addition to serving in 19 interim positions at UMW, he also took on numerous part-time assignments as an interim pastor for the Virginia Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
