Al-Tikriti Discusses U.S. Middle East Policy With AAUW
Professor of Middle East History Nabil Al-Tikriti presented “Global Legacies of U.S. Middle East Policy” to the Fredericksburg chapter of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) on Sept. 12.
The talk offered a historical and policy overview of U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East and examined current global trends and challenges. The second portion expanded on themes Al-Tikriti addressed in his Honors Convocation remarks to incoming first-year students in August.
