Associate Professor of History Will Mackintosh was featured by the Fredericksburg Free Press in articles titled “Fredericksburg’s Lafayette Bicentennial to culminate with full weekend of events” and “Lecture offers ‘Lafayette 101’ ahead of bicentennial weekend.” Mackintosh gave the lecture at Central Rappahannock Regional Library in November discussing what Fredericksburg was like when Lafayette visited for three days in November 1824.
