Associate Professor of Earth and Environmental Sciences Pamela Grothe ’06 was acknowledged for her contributions to the research article “Western Pacific Corals Reveal Common Era Changes in ENSO-Diversity, Thermal Stress, and Volcanic Cooling,” published in Nature Communications Earth & Environment. Grothe supported the researchers’ calculations of El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) variance.
