The On-Call and Call Back Compensation Policy (E.3.9.5.) was adopted Jan. 9, 2014. The policy will be effective Jan. 16, 2014. The purpose of the policy is to establish guidance for compensating employees who are scheduled to be on call and/or to return to work in response to emergency or essential work situations related to his or her official duties and responsibilities.
