Homecoming Weekend

During Homecoming Weekend, October 19-20, customers receive 15% off a single alumni item. On Saturday, October 20, visit the UMW Bookstore table at the Homecoming women’s soccer game (1 p.m. at the Grass Stadium, Battleground Athletic Complex).

On Wednesday, October 24, from 3 – 5 p.m., retired professor Jim Gaines will sign copies of his book Beyond the Covenant. Co-sponsored by the Modern Languages and Literatures Department.

Bookstore

Faculty Regalia Rental

Oak Hall is the regalia provider for the University of Mary Washington. Faculty and Staff may rent or purchase academic regalia from the leading custom regalia manufacturer in the country. Beginning February 1, 2018, Faculty and Staff may go online at Umwfaculty.shopoakhalli.com to rent regalia for delivery directly to individual offices. Those who prefer to order by phone may do so by calling Oak Hall Customer Service at l-800-456-7623. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you.

Rental Pricing for Faculty and Staff:
Bachelor Ensemble:  $37.95
Master Ensemble:  $39.55
Doctoral Ensemble:  $43.95
Prices include shipping charges.

To ensure timely delivery, orders for rental regalia must be received by Oak Hall no later than April 27, 2018.

Custom academic regalia is available through Oak Hall’s Custom Department. Please call 1-800-223-0429 for assistance with custom orders.

To ensure on-time delivery of custom regalia, orders must be received no later than April 12, 2018.
Finals Sale

During finals week, the Bookstore is offering 15% off entire transaction for UMW apparel and insignia gifts. Stop by between April 30-May 4 to take advantage of the deal.

Mark your calendars–the end-of-year deadline for department charges in the Bookstore to hit this fiscal year is May 18.

Copy & Mail Services

Copier Training

The Copy Center will have reps on site April 19th and 20th for additional copier training. Please contact the Copy Center at copies@umw.edu or x1935 to schedule additional training.

Year End Charges

The last date for Copy and Mail services to be billed to FY18 is May 31.

EagleOne

Pepsi March Madness Continues

Pepsi has randomly placed stickers on their vending machine products throughout the Fredericksburg campus. If you purchase one of these, bring the empty bottle to the EagleOne card center, located in Lee Hall 110, during business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, to redeem your prize of EagleOne money. Sticker amount will be deposited to your EagleOne card.

Parking Management

Lot Closure

Lot number 15, the large Monroe parking area, will be closed throughout the Willard renovations. Parking is available in the lower level of Sunken Road lot below Mercer. Please contact Jean Elliott at jelliot3@umw.edu with any questions.
