SUP Yoga at UMW

UMW Campus Recreation is happy to announce the newest addition to our fitness and wellness curriculum, Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga! We will be offering a free 20-minute demo classes on Sunday, Oct. 1, starting at 1:30. No purchase necessary but you will need to register at campusrec.umw.edu to secure your spot since space is limited. If you have any questions about SUP Yoga or any of our programs please contact us at campusrec.umw.edu and we will be happy to assist you!
