S.A.C. FAVORITE GAME LUNCH: Bring your lunch and your favorite game- challenge your co-workers to an hour of fun from 12 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. in:

Tuesday, May 8
S.A.C. CAMPUS WALK (STAFFORD CAMPUS): Put on your walking shoes and meet for some fun and fitness!
- South Building Flag Poles at 11:30 a.m. (Stafford Campus)
Wednesday, May 9
POT LUCK LUNCHEON (Stafford Campus): Bring your favorite pot luck dish and join in the fun at 12:00 p.m. in the South conference room/pit area.
S.A.C. CAMPUS WALK (FREDERICKSBURG CAMPUS): Put on your walking shoes and meet for some fun and fitness!

COMMONHEALTH WELLNESS SCREENINGS (Fredericksburg Campus): Click here to sign up for your FREE and confidential wellness screening. Appointments are offered from 8 a.m.—4 p.m. in Lee Hall 412. Screenings offered include: blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes risk, and body mass index.
S.A.C.BOOK EXCHANGE: Share your favorite book with a colleague and get a book to enjoy in return. Sessions will take place from 12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m.,

Books not exchanged will be donated to the Regional Library

Back by popular demand…take advantage of the appreciation blog to let your fellow co-workers know how much you appreciate them during VPSW: May 7-11. The blog will go live on the 7th and can be accessed at the following address: http://vpsw.umwblogs.org. You can also drop off your “thank you’s” at the Fairfax House, and a Human Resources staff member will post them.
DAILY PRIZE DRAWINGS
Two lucky employees will be the daily winners of $25 Macy gift cards during VPSW. A random drawing will take place and then the two winners will be notified by email.
