Meal Service This Week: Meal service will be available in the Washington Diner at Seacobeck on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 9 and 10. Breakfast service will be 7 to 8:30 a.m.; Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; and dinner 5 to 7 p.m. All dining services will resume regular operating hours on Monday, Jan. 13.
Commit To Be Fit Exercise Demonstrations: Campus Dining is hosting demonstrations of various exercise classes that are available here on campus, and spectators will be invited to join in! Demonstrations will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Dome Room at Seacobeck and will include Zumba, Kick Boxing, and a Total Body Workout. You can also get information about the many fitness classes offered here at UMW. There is no charge to attend the demonstrations.
