Campus Dining invites you to join us for our Health and Wellness Fair at Seacobeck Hall next week. There will be over a dozen door prizes, lots of food and product samples, cholesterol and blood pressure checks, massage demonstrations, a “Battle of the Chefs” Mindful cooking competition, and opportunities to learn about the services or products available from over 20 area businesses and organizations that support health and wellness. Our exhibitors include the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center, Mary Washington Health Care, CAPS, UMW Health Services, Rappahannock Family Physicians, massage therapists, chiropractic services, holistic health services, Feng Shui consultants, animal communicators, and many others.
For only $10.75 plus tax guests may also join us for mindful dinner buffets in three of the Restaurants at Seacobeck. The buffets offer a wide array of our new mindful dishes, which boast satisfying portions and enticing flavors with less sodium, less fat, and lots more fiber and nutritious value. You’ll be able to find mindful pizza, burgers, entrees, soups, salads, and even desserts!
