Campus Dining is launching our “Celebrate Seacobeck” dinner series on Wednesday, September 24 at 5:30 p.m. at Seacobeck. Following a few opening remarks by President Hurley, everyone will enjoy a menu and music reminiscent of the 1930s as we commemorate Seacobeck’s first decade as a resident dining hall. Photo displays of Seacobeck from the early years will also be on display in the Dome Room.
The cost of dinner for faculty and staff is $5 and doors will open at 5 p.m. All dining rooms will be open (and all tables set with white linens!), but seating in the Smart Market will be by reservation only. To make a reservation please contact Rose Benedict at (540) 654-2169 or rbenedic@umw.edu by September 22.
Every month Campus Dining will host a “Celebrate Seacobeck” dining event featuring the cuisine and music of each of Seacobeck’s eight decades. Watch for our 1940s swing time dinner coming in October!
