In order to ensure we meet the needs of the academic community, it has been agreed that the Office of Conferences and Scheduling will not offer any classroom reservations each semester until the class schedules have been locked in. As many class locations are changed/added during the opening week of classes each semester, the schedule is not handed over to the Office of Conferences and Scheduling until the end of the opening week of classes.
For Spring 2015, the classroom changes will be completed on January 17. Conferences and Scheduling will begin making classroom reservations on January 21.
