Dear Faculty and Staff,
With the state budget recently resolved (pending gubernatorial approval), the University is now working to finalize the 2015-16 budget. Discussions with the University Budget Advisory Committee will continue as scheduled. In the meantime, we would like to invite all interested faculty and staff to join President Hurley, Provost Levin, and Vice President Pearce for an open forum on the University’s 2015-16 budget. We will review the impact of the budget passed by the General Assembly (including the 2% salary pool authorized for raises for faculty and staff), as well as other factors that will impact next year’s budget.
The forum will be held on Thursday March 12, at 4:30, in Monroe 116. We hope you will be able to join us.
