MyTime Mobile is here!

Good morning,

We listened and heard your needs concerning the use of the mobile application for MyTime.

We are pleased to announce that the mobile application (Kronos Mobile) of MyTime is now available for the following devices:

  • iPhone (optimized for 5 and higher) – download available on the App Store (Kronos Mobile)
  • Android – download available from the Google Play Store (Kronos Mobile)

MyTime mobile is to be used at the discretion of the mobile device owner but in accordance with your departmental procedures.  Data fees incurred by use of the app are the responsibility of the device owner.

Your MyTime mobile login credential is your Net ID and password and upon first login, the server address of will need to be entered.

MyTime mobile is optional and provided as a convenience tool to be used in addition to the computer.  The mobile application does not replace all functions of the computer application.  A MyTime Mobile Guide is on the Payroll website under MyTime.  This guide should be reviewed for download instructions and functionality limitations prior to your use of MyTime mobile.

NOTE:  Employees with more than one position are currently unable to use the transfer function on mobile devices and will need to continue to use the computer for transferring between primary and secondary jobs.
