Campus Dining will be kicking off Black History Month on Wednesday, Feb. 1, with our traditional Southern Soul Food lunch at the Top of the UC. The menu will include Southern Fried Chicken, Honey Peach Glazed Ham, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Collard Greens with Ham, Charleston Hoppin’ John, Cornbread, Mississippi Mud Cake and more!
