Gardening has been shown to benefit physical health, improve moods and dissolve stress so why not take a break tomorrow, Friday, July 19, at 9 a.m., and do some weeding at the UMW Pollinator Garden (located behind Anderson Center at the entrance of Eagle bridge)! Everyone is welcome to come enjoy the bees and gorgeous flowers.
