While on a research trip to India, Surupa Gupta, associate professor of Political Science and International Affairs, was invited to deliver a lecture on U.S.-India trade and strategic relations at the Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), a New Delhi think tank affiliated with India’s Ministry of External Affairs.
