UMW’s Director of Emergency Management and Safety Michael Muckinhaupt has notified us that he will be leaving UMW. Effective today, Captain Mark Sandor of the Department of Police and Public Safety will serve as interim Director of Emergency Management.
We extend appreciation to Mike for his dedicated service to the University of Mary Washington, especially throughout the COVID pandemic, and wish him success in his future endeavors. Please take the opportunity to wish Mike well.
