The Khatib Program in Religion & Dialogue, partnering with the University of Mary Washington’s Department of Classics, Philosophy and Religious Studies, will present a conference on “Race & Religion” on Tuesday, March 29. The keynote speaker will be Shannon LaNier, Thomas Jefferson’s 6th great-grandson, presenting “Jefferson’s Children: The Story of One American Family” in Dodd Auditorium at 7 p.m. Panel discussions will be held in the University Center Rooms 104 A &B from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please see Race and Religion Conference Flyer for more information.
