While UMW welcomes prospective students participating in the Office of Admissions Enhanced Summer Visits, 50 spaces in the George Washington lot will be reserved on Tuesday, July 26, between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., for program participants. The row of spaces adjacent to College Avenue and the row directly behind it will be reserved for the events. Spaces in the two rows closest to George Washington Hall will remain open for faculty and staff parking. All spaces that are unoccupied after 10:30 a.m. will become available for faculty and staff use.
As a reminder:
- Accessible parking spaces remain available to any vehicles with DMV-issued accessible placards or license plates.
- The UMW Police Department provides escorts when needed and may be reached at ext. 1025. Please visit the Safety Escort webpage for more information.
