Faculty and Staff Colleagues,
We’re excited to offer faculty and staff portraits this week! Photographer Joe Parker will be on campus Friday, Oct. 7, from 1 to 5 p.m. Stop by Dodd Auditorium foyer during these times for a quick photo session – no appointment needed. You’ll receive a digital photo, and we’ll update your directory information online with the new image.
These photos are used in a variety of ways to share University news and accolades. If it has been a while since you sat for a professional portrait, please consider attending one of the above sessions.
A few reminders for this fall’s portraits:
- It’s drop-in, so no advance scheduling is needed. Allow a little extra time in case there’s a wait.
- You’ll receive one digital portrait, chosen by the photographer. Print copies will not be provided.
- The backdrop is gray, which looks great with most clothing colors, particularly UMW blues.
- There’s no charge to you or your department, as University Communications books the service.
Additional opportunities for new photos or retakes will be scheduled in the spring semester. We hope to see you before Fall Break!
