The February Coffee Talk will be led by Kaisha McCrea, who will discuss the topic of “Networking & Making it Work For You!” She will speak about tailoring your networking prowess to best fit your personality and communication style. Work smarter not harder!
McCrea, a Career & Leadership Coach and Consultant, is the owner of Growing Perspectives Career Consulting LLC, a SWaM certified business in Virginia. She has over 20 years working in Corporate America with assignments in Manufacturing, Sales, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain and Consulting. She is a certified Career Transition Coach and trained in Change Management . She provides Coaching and Consulting to Early and Mid-Career Professionals, teams and organizations focused on transitions , professional growth, productivity, team building and leadership. She has a passion for supporting people and organizations to reach their goals and thrive!
Kaisha was recognized as a top 20 Coach in Richmond, VA for 2022 by Influence Digest +. She was recognized as the 2021 Member of the Year for Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce where she is the Chair of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for 2023. She enjoys speaking to groups on topics related to careers, leadership and empowerment. She believes we all can be successful in our lives and careers!
She enjoys spending time with friends and family and loves history, music and travel! Kaisha is a Board member of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce starting 2023 and member of International Coaching Federation (ICF), Metropolitan Business League , Two Twelve Referral group, Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Richmond chapter and Richmond Alumni chapter of NC A&T State University. She is a graduate of NC A&T State University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware with an MBA. She is a Core Essentials Graduate from Coach U. Kaisha currently resides in Midlothian VA with her husband and two sons and is active in her local church.
